The ultimate program in Sleep4Health and Rejuvenation. This 12 months covers all the benefit of the Retreat 7 nights program repeated 4 times throughout the 12 months. It is designed for individuals with chronic sleep disorders accompanied with other major health issues such as sleep apnoea.

The majority of individuals undertaking the 12 months Sleep 4 Health program have been able to improve their sleep apnoea and the use of CPAP machine markedly. It is also designed for individuals wanting to undertake a comprehensive rejuvenation and Anti- aging program for optimum performance and wellbeing.
